Workshops

Bringing mindfulness & creativity back into your life!

I’m Toni Miller, the artist behind Tonimillerpaints.

I specialise in creating mindful art experiences that inspire relaxation, creativity, and connection.

Brush & Breathe is a mindful art workshop open to all abilities, welcoming anyone looking to slow down and reconnect through creativity.

In these workshops, I guide participants in blending mindfulness techniques with artistic expression to create a truly unique and calming experience.

With successful collaborations such as the “Brush & Breathe - Mindful Still Lives” workshop with Kontrast and the first Sauna & Ice Bath Café in Manchester, I’ve built a reputation for offering engaging and transformative art sessions.

Due to popular demand, Brush & Breathe is now also available for corporate clients, offering teams a refreshing, wellness-focused experience. See below for more details on bringing this to your workplace.
